This is neither a call to arms nor a call for the violent overthrow the Constitutionally-elected Government. It is, however, a call to action for all freedom-loving Americans to do whatever is necessary to restore America to the Republic that was designed by the Founding Fathers as a nation of free people living under the Rule of Law that is based upon Judeo-Christian principles and defined in the Constitution.

We recognize the Constitution, as lawfully amended, to be the Supreme Law of the Land, subject only to the higher Law of God. Every single elected or appointed official of the Federal Government has taken an Oath of Office to “faithfully support and defend the Constitution of the United States against against all enemies, foreign and domestic … so help me God.”

If you are the slightest bit concerned about the future of our country, you must ask yourself if your elected representatives are keeping that oath they made to God, or whether they have even bothered to read the Constitution they swore to God they would faithfully support and defend, or even if they believe in the validity of that Constitution or the very existence of the God to Whom they made their oath.

Our call is to fill the government (local, state, and federal) with people of honor and integrity who will:

1) actually read the Constitution;

2) obey the Constitution as the supreme Law of the Land; and

3) faithfully support and defend the Constitution, as they vowed to do.

It would also be a pretty good idea if they would:

4) listen to the opinions of the people they work for;

5) actually read bills before voting on them; and

6) summarily reject consideration of any bill that does not originate within Congress (as required by the Constitution).

By its grammatical derivation, then, the word “misdemeanor” has the original intent of describing incorrect behavior or deportment. Is arrogance, a complete disregard for the Constitution, the approval of unconstitutional bills that a clear and significant majority of American citizens oppose, paying homage to Islamic dictators and other world leaders, and defaming the reputation of the United States of America before the nations of the world the proper behavior or deportment for the office of the President?

When you elect an individual to serve in any office or to be a member of any government body, you are “hiring” that individual to speak and act for you, by the authority that you specifically delegate to that person, to serve as your substitute, proxy, or agent. That person has only the specific authority that you grant him/her, to act according to your specific wishes and direction.

If you hired me to work in your car dealership to sell Volvos at the price that you specify, and I sell them at half of that price, or if I tell your customers that they should really buy a Chevy from the dealership across the street, or I tell them that you are really an ignorant person who doesn’t really understand how your company should be run, how long would you keep me on your payroll?

Take a really good look at the performance of the person that you hired to be your voice on your city council, or on your county’s board of supervisors, or in your state legislature, or in your federal government. If that person is doing what you hired him or her to do, then by all means, express your satisfaction with that performance by extending his/her contract for another two or four or six years. But if that person is acting against your wishes, fire him/her and hire someone who will do the job that you hired him/her to do for you!

Is Barack Hussein directly and personally responsible for every atrocity committed by his administration against the American people and against the rest of the world? Not directly and personally; but anybody who has ever served in either the military or any paramilitary (police, fire, etc.) organization knows that the man in charge is responsible for everything that happens under his command.
